Joe Quinones is Managing Partner of Obara Realty Group, parent company of Obara IRA. He has over 12 years’ experience in acquiring and developing property in the United States. Joe’s specialty is development in distressed and emerging neighborhoods and he has spent his career operating in underserved communities. He has worked with Primrose Development Company in Lagos, Nigeria, where he helped fund new development projects and mentored new development analysts. Prior to Primrose, he was the founding partner of CityLifeProperty Development and Management, an urban real estate and investment company.
For the past 25 years, Joe has been a tireless community activist who has used business as a platform for creating social change in his community. Joe holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University (with concentrations in international business administration and accounting).
